The vision of LOL JAX is to create a platform that will allow our local community filmmakers, actors/actresses and comedians to highlight their short films and talent. The Film Festival genre comedy was chosen as a way to promote positivity to the audience. "LOVE OUR LOCALS" by "LAUGHING OUT LOUD" is the motto of this festival.

Started in August 2017, this local
film festival highlighted many great local, talented films, talented stand-up comedians and amazing local bands.
Winner of Folio Weekly’s Best Of JAX - Best Film Festival 5 years in a row (2018 - 2022).
Winner of Void Magazine’s #1 in the 904 - Best Film Festival back to back years (2020 and 2021).
